As promised... Fettuccine Alfredo!

Yes, i know! I'm slacking on my blogs but who could resist the fabulous weather outside? hmp.

Before i forget, I would like to express my gratitude to a dear friend, EJE, who happily shared this mouth-watering dish to me.

To Bchai... Here's the Fettuccine Alfredo i have been telling you about. I made it quite a few times and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. Enjoy it, i know you will :)
Fettuccine Alfredo

Directions:

Cook your fettuccine noodles according to directions in the back. 


It's all about the SAUCE......

In a non-stick pot, mix and simmer:

1/2 butter stick
1 tsp minced garlic
sliced onion
1/2 can corned beef
1 can (225ml) Nestle table cream
1/2 cream cheese (half of that philadelphia rectangle box)
bacon bits pack from the grocery
cooked shrimps
pepper/salt
mushroom
half can (small) evaporated milk

LOVE LOVE LOVE this sauce.... It's actually better than Olive Garden! No pun intended.

this looks so delicious! mind if i grab the recipe for myself as well? hehe. :) i love fetuccine alfredo but i always cook it using ready made sauce cause i dont know how to make sauce from scratch, lol. i gotta try this one. thanks!
