Korean Side Dish (Recipes)

Okay. This is not exactly a blog entry but i need a place to store these so i can easily find them if i need them later on (in case i forget). So just pass if not interested :)



Soybean paste Sauce (SamJang)

2 tablespoonful soybean paste
1 tablespoonful hot red pepper paste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon Dashida
3 stalks green onion (small slices)


YangPa MuChim (Onion side)

Thin slices Spanish onion (crispy)
soak in coldf water for 10 mins with vinegar 25%
DRAIN
1/2 Dashida
Red Pepper (dried)
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp


Fish Cake (Odeng)

Onion
Sweet pepper
Odeng (sliced)
Dashida
Little Red Pepper
Minced Garlic
Green Onion


Cucumber (Oy Muchim)

Korean Cucumber
Green Onion
Minced Garlic
Dashida
Red Pepper paste 1 tsp
Sesame Oil


Mackerel-Kimchi Fish Stew (Godong-ah Jurim)

Kimchi
Mackerel
Onion

Mix:
Soy sauce
Red pepper
Dashida 1 tbsp
minced garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
water (same amount as soy sauce)


Green Onion Pancake (Pa-jeon)

1 cup frying mix
3 cups pancake mix
1 egg
3 cups water
green onion
Mixed seafood
oyster

:) Thank you ladies! I'm glad you like it. I'm really trying to learn all of them (there's a ton more) so i can keep up with my korean family :) I love these so much too.
